What's Your Refund or Money-Back Guarantee?

This article explains exactly when refunds are available, and when they are not.

Updated over a month ago

Our Guarantees

  • Minimum Stream Guarantee

All campaigns are guaranteed to deliver at least 500 new streams. If this is not achieved within the campaign period, we will continue promoting your track at no extra cost until the minimum is met.

  • Authenticity Guarantee

We only place music on real, active playlists with engaged listeners. If bot activity or artificial engagement is detected, we will investigate. Verified abuse may result in campaign termination and curator removal.

Refund & Re-Pitching Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  1. No Response Within 96 Hours

If a curator does not respond to your pitch within 96 hours and no replacement is available, refund is issued.

  2. No Placement After Acceptance

If a curator accepts your track but never places it, you are eligible for a refund.

  3. Early Removal

If your track is removed from a playlist before the minimum placement period.

  4. Confirmed Suspicious Curator Activity

If you report suspicious behavior and we confirm it after investigation, your campaign will be refunded or re-pitched.

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

  • Curators declining your pitch

  • Lower streams or engagement than expected

  • Fewer curator responses than you hoped for

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with results

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after campaign completion

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] and include:

  • Your Campaign ID

  • A short description of the issue

  • Screenshots or links as supporting evidence

We will respond within 72 hours. Investigations may take up to 7 additional days for complex cases.

Important Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee viral success, playlist saves, or follower growth

  • Actual results depend on your song quality, audience, and market fit

  • Our service provides exposure, not control over listener behavior
