You may cancel and request a refund only if:
No curator pitches have been sent
No placements are live
The campaign is still in the review phase

After Curator Pitches Begin
If your track has already been submitted to curators, your campaign is considered active.
Cancellation is still possible at your request, but:
No refunds or store credit will be issued
Placements cannot be reversed
Remaining campaign days will not be paused or banked
