Can I Cancel or Pause My Campaign?

Once your track is live on playlists, cancellations are no longer possible but we can still help adjust or extend your campaign if needed.

When Can I Cancel?

Within 24 Hours — Before Playlist Pitches Begin

You may cancel and request a refund only if:

  • No curator pitches have been sent

  • No placements are live

  • The campaign is still in the review phase

In this case, email [email protected] with your Campaign ID. We’ll confirm eligibility.

After Curator Pitches Begin

If your track has already been submitted to curators, your campaign is considered active.

Cancellation is still possible at your request, but:

  • No refunds or store credit will be issued

  • Placements cannot be reversed

  • Remaining campaign days will not be paused or banked

Why Refunds Are Not Possible After Start

  • Curators commit space to your song

  • Playlist rotations cannot be undone

  • Removing a song damages network trust

If you’re unhappy with performance, we can:
